Credentials

Mr. Sanderford graduated from Southern Adventist University in December 1982. He
received his certification as a Certified Public Accountant in Florida and Georgia in 1985
and 1986, respectively. He also received his certification as a Certified Fraud Examiner
in 1996. He began his forensic accounting career in Atlanta, Georgia. Since 1985 he has
been practicing forensic accounting throughout the Southeast. In 1991 Mr. Sanderford
moved to Tampa, Florida where he still resides today with his wife of twenty-two years
and three children ages sixteen, fourteen and ten. His primary focus during the past
twenty years has been related to defense insurance issues, including but not limited to
loss of income, inventory losses, employee dishonesty, values at risk, fraud and arson,
personal injury, wrongful death and lost wages. He has also testified in the above
referenced matters on various occasions and has experience in the appraisal process.

Mr. Sanderford has been a frequent speaker at various insurance companies as well as a
speaker and panelist at seminars and meeting sponsored by the Florida Advisory
Committee on Arson Prevention, Windstorm Insurance Conference, Southeastern Claims
Executive Association and Property Casualty Claims Professionals.

Mr. Sanderford founded his own forensic accounting firm, Sanderford & Associates,
P.A., in September 1996. Prior to starting his own forensic accounting firm Mr.
Sanderford gained his forensic accounting experience by working for Campos & Stratis
(Atlanta, Georgia) and Shore & Azimov (Tampa, Florida). Mr. Sanderford has always
provided forensic accounting services to the insurance community and insurance defense
law firms.

In addition to his experience as a forensic accountant, Mr. Sanderford has also worked as
an accountant in the medical field. Mr. Sanderford is a member of various accounting
organizations and claims organizations. He has also served on several boards including
the Florida Advisory Committee on Arson Prevention, Clayton Restful Manor, and East
Pasco Adventist Academy.
